Tabletop Performance Awards are given based on independent restaurants, on-site foodservice, and banquet and catering segments based on overall appearance, the tabletop’s ability to support the menu, the overall concept, and how conducive the concept is to the operation’s style of service.
It is free to submit tabletop installations that are less than two years old. FE&S will notify the winners of its 2020 Performance in Tabletop Awards in January and their installations will appear in the March 2020 of edition of the magazine.
