CFESA conference to focus on selling equipment, building values-driven organizations and more.
The Commercial Food Equipment Service Association will host its fall conference Sept. 19-21 in Scottsdale, Ariz. In advance of this event, CFESA has released the conference agenda, which includes a series of keynote presentations, rotating seminars and more.
Here are a few highlights.
- The Great Game of Business, presented by Bill Fotsch, will use a case study from a CFESA member company to showcase the importance of engaging employees to drive success.
- Pros and Cons of Selling Equipment, presented by Harold Gernsbacher of In Step Foodservice and Turnkey Resources, will explain how dealer buying groups work and the pluses and minuses of service companies selling equipment.
- Building a Purpose and Values-Driven Organization, presented by Nick Sarillo of Nick's Pizza and Pub, will focus on some of the best practices used by businesses to improve company performance.
