Chili Shack tapped Elizabeth Orona to serve as chief operating officer for the Denver-based restaurant chain. Orona previously served as general manager of several Chili Shack restaurants in the Denver area.

Elizabeth OronaIn her new role, Orona will oversee all employees, operational growth, innovation, and franchise scalability, per a company release. As part of these efforts, she will focus on streamlining processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the organization as well as enhancing customer experiences.

Orona’s appointment to COO comes shortly after the chain announced its plans to expand via franchising. Chili Shack has six corporate locations split between Denver and Las Vegas.
